On a ship we have a lot of work which needs various skills. Additinally we need for the most jobs a deputy or backup. Not everyone is looking for a lifetime job at us.
For this reason we always look for new staff. On board of a ship the personality is often more important then the skill of your techical qualification. A correkt and friendly behaviour is as much as important for us.
